The news of self-driving car is not a new incident in present days. Apart from Google, There are many companies which have made cars that run itself without any help from the driver.
These cars go to the destination itself without any accident. But in these cars, there's a steering, the cause of keeping the steering is, if the machine goes wrong somehow, then the driver can avoid any danger from controlling the steering.
But, American famous car builder company General Motors has made the self-driven car into '' self-dependent '' in real. They have disclosed a self-driven car where it has seat for the driver.
There is no need for a seat for driver cause there is no steering. Yeah, there is two seat in front, but that is for the passengers. The '' Invisible driver '' will take the car to the safe destination.
For the last 110 years, General Motors have been making cars. The company has made more than almost 1 crore cars by this time.
But they couldn't think of making cars without a driver. Now they have made it real. This car without driver and steering is named Cruise Automation. T
they want to involve the car in ride-sharing service like Uber into the streets of USA by next few years.
Here when the passenger will tell the place and destination from the app the car will go straight in front of the passenger. The car will unlock the door itself.
When the passenger will get into the car, the car will lock itself and run towards the destination. The rent will be deducted from credit added to the app or from bank account.
The company mentioned, there is no human controlled accelerator, break in the car. All will be done by the car. The passenger can give any instruction by voice command.
Moreover, there is a touchscreen behind every seat. On the screen where the car is going can be seen on google map.
The passenger can change destination through the screen if want or can give other instruction. To run this car they have already applied to national highway traffic safety administration of USA.
They also applied to remove some old lows of safety. Because that was only for human drivers. They also announced that they have given trial in the busy highways of USA already.
