YouTube is a spacious social site. Here one can see video whereas another can earn money. But nowadays the number of video maker is so many that YouTube is hardening their earning system a slight.

the organization is going to impose a harder law for them, who wants to income by uploading a video on the video site YouTube.

Moreover, before adding with premium service, that is before adding advertisement of a large organization with any popular video, the video won't be automatic rather the workers will verify them.

The cause of thinking this step is to banish many advertise at one time and a controversial blog where a suicide is seen.

If this rule is implied, a video uploader has to go through hard condition for earning. The YouTuber must have a 1K follower.

And the video has to be seen by another YouTube user in more than 4 thousand hours in 12 months. The previous condition was the video should be viewed 10K time at any time.

YouTube has enlisted some new rules against punk video bloggers. Chief Executive of YouTube, Susan Wojcicki has said, behaviors of some video bloggers are harming the hole video blogger community.

Recently a popular blogger named Logan Paul criticism after uploading a video of a self-murderer's dead body. The dead body was spotted on a forest of Japan, which is known as ''suicide jungle''. 

Every year many people go there to suicide. Point to be noted that, the suicide rate in Japan is very high. After this indecent, YouTube had taken necessary steps against Logan Paul.

YouTube is using their ''Algorithm'' to ensure that any add is not showing this worse videos. But many people who have become YouTube stars by video blogging has complained that their videos are being listed in this category. 

They have also complained that there is lack of transparency in YouTube 's rules and policy. But the chief of YouTube Susan Wojcicki said in a blog spot that,

''He wants to increase people's Reassurance on YouTube they are trying to find a better solution for the problems.  So, they are thinking to employ more moderators for observing videos perfectly''. He also said that''

If anyone does something bad he will have to bear the consequences and we are working on that policy''. 

YouTube wants to create more clear-cut policies for content creators. Susan Wojcicki said, ''Though the additional contents are rare, still, it can damage the reputation of YouTube''.

On the other hand, a well known YouTube star Hank Green has welcomed this step in his one of the blog posts.

This is really a good step for maintaining the reputation of YouTube and YouTube community. Now content creators should think more and more about creating their any content. 

So, I think this is a very good step for YouTube community for those you tubers, who earned on YouTube with a poor content.
